Chef Shelly is the Chef/Owner of Inspired Tastes since 2006. An Oregon Native, Shelly received her culinary training while living in Southern California at a Cordon Bleu School in Hollywood.
Chef Shelly is a University of Oregon Alumni with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in Community Health Education.
"My joy is to help families come back to the table to eat dinner together. People ask me what my specialty is, and while I enjoy cooking many types of cuisines, I’m really good at listening to what my clients want to eat and how they like their food seasoned."
Working to improve life beyond the kitchen, Chef Shelly donates her services to raise funds for The ARC of Lane County, which serves persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.
Inspired Tastes has also cooked for Asics's Olympic Trial star athletes.
